Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a BOQ and Quotation Specialist based in Gurugram. The specialist prepares detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs)



and cost estimates for interior architecture and signage projects, ensuring accuracy in quantities, materials, and pricing. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing drawings and design specifications, coordinating with design and project teams to clarify scope, and updating BOQs and quotations as designs evolve. The role involves obtaining and comparing vendor quotes, maintaining rate libraries, and supporting budgeting and cost-control during project execution. The specialist also participates in client proposal preparation, provides cost-related insights for value engineering, and ensures all documentation is organized, consistent, and aligned with project timelines.
Qualifications
Robust skills in quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation for interiors, architecture, or signage projects.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications, with the ability to translate design intent into accurate material
