About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web & Video Player Engineer to join our dynamic team remotely. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of JavaScript and web video playback technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing,



and optimizing scalable streaming experiences across various web and Connected TV platforms such as Chromecast, Xbox, Samsung Tizen, LG, Vizio, and Comcast boxes. You will own the end-to-end delivery of high-quality video playback features, troubleshoot playback issues, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and other engineering specialists. Your expertise will directly impact the quality and reliability of streaming services used by millions of users worldwide, ensuring seamless viewing experiences across devices and platforms.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess over seven years of professional experience in web development with a specialized focus on web video playback. Proven expertise in building and maintaining video players and live streaming components for web and Connected TV environments is essential.
