Role Description The Trade Acquisition Manager role at RBL Bank is a full time, on-site position based in Kolhapur. The individual in this role will focus on identifying and acquiring new trade and business banking customers, building a strong portfolio of trade finance and related products.



Day-to-day activities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, understanding their trade and cash management needs, and recommending appropriate banking solutions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and transaction processing, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and bank policies. The Trade Acquisition Manager will also monitor portfolio performance, track market trends, and prepare regular reports to support business growth objectives.
