We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven problem solver with a strong passion for uncovering insights that drive strategic business decisions.
This role involves working with large and complex datasets, developing compelling dashboards and visualizations, and communicating analytical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. The Manager will play a key role in leading, guiding, and mentoring the data analytics team while contributing to the continuous development of our analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Data Extraction & Preparation
Write, execute, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL scripts.
Extract, clean, transform, and validate data from databases, APIs, flat files, and other sources.
Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze large datasets and prepare data for reporting and business decision-making.
Reporting & Visualization
Design, develop,



and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools.
Present complex data and analytical findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
Automate reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Business Acumen & Communication
Translate complex analytical findings into transparent and actionable business recommendations.
Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand analytical requirements and define KPIs.
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Interact directly with clients and effectively explain complex data insights, trends, and nuances.
Act as a subject matter expert on data and analytics for relevant business areas.
Mentorship & Leadership
Lead, guide, and mentor Data Analysts and Team Leads.
Share best practices and support the professional development of team members.
