Job Overview

This position is a Mid-level role reporting to the Project Manager. The Assistant Manager must assist the Project Manager and is accountable for the full cycle of project delivery, spanning from contract initiation (Purchase Order) to financial realization (Cash).



Responsibilities include organizing project kick-off meetings with Clients to establish clear expectations, develop, coordinate and maintain detailed project schedules for monitoring scope, cost, and timelines, and ensuring alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves proactive identification and communication of project risks, driving timely resolution of challenges, ensuring receipt of project completion certificates from customers, and coordinating with finance teams to close projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

Project Charter Preparation: Assist to develop comprehensive charters defining objectives, scope, deliverables, stakeholders, and governance frameworks.
Scope Management: To assist in establishment, monitor, and control project scope to ensure alignment with contractual obligations, while managing changes effectively.
