QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 12-15 years of experience in software development,



with a focus on payments banking or financial services preferred.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of version control systems (Git or similar).
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability twork in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
Experience working in the banking or financial services industry.
Knowledge of payments processing systems and regulatory requirements.
