Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Build secure and high-performance REST APIs and backend services.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, solution design, and implementation.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support deployment activities.
Troubleshoot application, database, and integration-related issues.
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Contribute to application performance optimization, monitoring, and operational stability.
Support ongoing enhancements, framework upgrades, and security improvements.

Mandatory Skills

3-5 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
Solid expertise in Java 17/21 and Spring Boot 3.x.
Solid understanding of Spring Framework, Microservices Architecture, and REST APIs.
Experience with Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT.




Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Working knowledge of Kafka and Redis.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to AWS services such as EKS, RDS, S3, and IAM.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
Good understanding of software design principles, debugging, and problem-solving.

Desirable Skills

Experience with API Gateway solutions such as Kong, KrakenD, or Apigee.
Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Loki.
Exposure to RabbitMQ, Terraform, and Helm.
Understanding of multithreading, concurrency, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
Familiarity with application security concepts, OWASP standards, and code quality tools such as SonarQube, Fortify, or SCA.
Experience in cloud-native or distributed systems environments.
