Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving corporate partnerships for Medhaam Pre School and Day Care. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, especially with corporates seeking daycare solutions, and building long-term relationships with decision-makers and community stakeholders. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, develop outreach plans, prepare proposals and presentations, and manage the end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to closure.

Qualifications
Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, corporate tie-ups, negotiation, and relationship management.
Experience with corporate partnerships, B2B outreach, and stakeholder engagement in education or childcare services is highly beneficial.
Strong communication,



presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with parents, corporate clients, and community partners.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop strategic plans to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
Proficiency in basic office and CRM software, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in preschool, daycare, or education services is preferred.
Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and travelling, conducting regular client visits, and participating in events and outreach activities.
