Role Description The Business Development Executive role at LearningShala is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a robust pipeline of leads, and nurture relationships with prospective students,



partner institutions, and corporate stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, qualifying leads, presenting LearningShala’s offerings, and converting inquiries into enrollments or partnerships. The role involves close coordination with counseling, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to post-admission support. The Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and contribute insights to improve sales strategies and student engagement.
Qualifications
Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
Solid understanding of business and education services, including the ability to articulate value propositions and market offerings.
