Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong AI development skills to join our Services Engineering team. This role is suited for an experienced software engineer who can build scalable, reliable, and maintainable services and applications while leveraging Generative AI and modern AI technologies to address business and customer needs.

The role involves working across the full technology stack, including frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud services, and AI capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, production-ready solutions.

In this role you will…

Full Stack Development

Design and develop end-to-end applications and services across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
Develop scalable backend services using Java, Python, Node.js, .NET, or similar technologies..
Build user interfaces using modern frontend technologies such as React,



Angular, or similar frameworks.
Design and integrate REST APIs and services to support business and customer requirements.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and develop effective data access solutions.
Develop reusable components and services that can support multiple solutions and use cases.
Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
Participate in technical design, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
AI & Generative AI Development
Develop and integrate AI-powered capabilities into applications and services.
Work with LLMs and Generative AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or similar technologies.
Develop and optimize prompts to achieve accurate, relevant, and consistent results.
Build RAG-based solutions using enterprise data, documents, and other sources.
