Role Description This full-time, in office Production Operator role is based in Gurugram and focuses on supporting efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations. The Production Operator will set up, operate, and monitor production machines and equipment according to established procedures and safety standards. Responsibilities include assembling components,



maintaining orderly production lines, performing visual and basic measurement checks, and documenting production data. The role involves working closely with quality and engineering teams to identify issues, support continuous improvement, and ensure products meet specification and regulatory requirements. The Production Operator will also participate in on-the-job training, follow work instructions, and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to meet daily production targets.
