Role Description The Field Supervisor – Drone Spraying is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City.



This role is responsible for overseeing drone-based spraying operations in agricultural fields and other designated locations, ensuring protected and efficient execution according to company protocols and client requirements. Daily tasks include coordinating field schedules, supervising drone pilots and ground staff, conducting pre-flight and post-flight checks, and monitoring equipment performance. The Field Supervisor will interact with farmers and clients to explain drone spraying processes, collect feedback, and document operational data for reporting and analysis. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations, troubleshooting field issues, training team members on best practices, and collaborating with internal technical teams to improve spraying procedures and workflows.
