Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Rajnandgaon, with a mix of on-site client and factory visits and some work from home flexibility. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for conveyor belt products, identifying new business opportunities,



and managing relationships with key accounts in target industries such as steel, mining, cement, and power. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating technical discussions with internal teams, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Sales Marketing Manager will also plan and implement promotional campaigns, manage digital and offline marketing activities, analyze market trends and competitor offerings, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership. Collaboration with production, logistics, and finance teams is required to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.
Qualifications
Solid sales and business development skills, with experience in B2B industrial products or capital goods.
