Role Description The Sales Logistics Specialist is a full time, in office role based in Current Delhi. This role is responsible for managing sales inquiries related to logistics services, preparing quotations, and following up with potential and existing clients to convert leads into business. The Specialist will coordinate with internal operations teams to align customer requirements with available logistics solutions, including capacity planning, freight forwarding,



and distribution services. Daily activities include maintaining accurate sales and shipment records, tracking service performance, resolving customer issues, and supporting account management to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, participating in sales presentations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales and logistics processes.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in Sales techniques, lead conversion, and relationship building with business customers.
Knowledge of Logistics Management, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation coordination.
Experience or familiarity with Freight Forwarding processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work with data and basic analytics to track shipment
