Senior Software Engineer Dotnet Fullstack

Role Overview The Senior Software Engineer will play a pivotal role across the software development lifecycle. This position involves leading development efforts, collaborating with product managers, designing new features, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring smooth deployments and postgolive support. The role is handson (up to 50%) while also driving solution design and enterprise integration for a worldclass Candidate Experience platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Analysis: Work closely with product managers to understand business needs and translate them into technical designs.
- Fullstack Development: Build and maintain Angular serviceoriented architecture platforms endtoend.
- Database Expertise: Write and optimize complex SQL queries across SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.




- Deployment & Support: Manage builds, deployments, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Testing: Conduct integration and enterprise testing to ensure robust solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster collaborative problemsolving.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of system development experience.
- 2+ years of handson expertise with .NET Framework 4.x, .NET Core, C#.NET.
- Solid knowledge of Angular / React, RESTful APIs, and JSON.
- Experience with Enterprise Integration and solution design.
- Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
- Selfstarter, organized, handson, and thrives in a startup environment.
