We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, automate, and optimize the infrastructure that powers our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing platform reliability, scalability, security, and deployment velocity while collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, Security, and Operations teams.

This role requires deep expertise in cloud technologies, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, observability, and up-to-date DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering

- Design, implement, and manage highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure.
- Architect infrastructure solutions that support rapid growth and high-performance SaaS applications.
- Optimize cloud resources for cost, performance, and reliability.
- Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives and cloud-native adoption.

CI/CD & Release Engineering
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
- Improve deployment frequency, reliability, and rollback capabilities.
- Automate software build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Partner with development teams to streamline software delivery.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or similar tools.
- Ensure infrastructure consistency across environments through automation.
- Implement version-controlled infrastructure management practices.





Containerization & Kubernetes
- Manage and optimize containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Design scalable Kubernetes architectures and deployment strategies.
- Monitor cluster health, performance, and security.
- Support microservices-based application environments.

Reliability, Monitoring & Incident Management
- Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting frameworks.
- Establish observability practices to improve platform visibility.
- Lead incident response efforts and root cause analysis.
- Drive continuous improvements in system uptime and performance.

Security & Compliance
- Implement DevSecOps practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Manage infrastructure security, access controls, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards.
- Collaborate with security teams on audits and risk assessments.

Performance & Scalability
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning exercises.
- Design systems capable of handling increasing workloads and customer growth.
- Optimize databases, application infrastructure, and networking components.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Software Engineering teams to improve application deployment and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Product and Architecture teams on platform roadmap initiatives.
- Mentor junior DevOps and Site Reliability Engineers.
