Role Description The Design Engineer will work on-site in Vadodara in a full time capacity, contributing to the design and development of sheet metal components. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and modifying detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and design specifications using CAD tools. The role involves collaborating with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and compliant with relevant standards. The Design Engineer will review and optimize existing designs, support prototype development, and assist in resolving engineering issues during fabrication and assembly. The position also requires documentation of design changes, participation in design reviews, and consistent adherence to safety and quality practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Design Engineering skills, including concept development, detailing, and design validation.




Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering knowledge with an understanding of materials and fabrication processes.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D drafting and 3D modeling. Solidworks is must.
Candidates should possess Product Design capabilities focused on functionality, manufacturability, and durability.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience in sheet metal or structural fabrication, and familiarity with relevant industry standards, will be beneficial.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment are desirable.
