Role Description
Zonal Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing Business and performance within the assigned zone. Daily responsibilities include monitoring branch activities, guiding staff to meet standards, and analyzing performance metrics to drive improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum 10+ year experience in NBFC, Nidhi, and other Banking / finance sector / Insurance / Cooperative Sector.




Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising branch or zonal operations.
Proficiency in business development, target setting, and performance analysis within financial services or cooperative/Banking sectors.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills with members, partners, and local communities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
Willingness to travel within the zone and work closely with in office teams and communities.
