About The Role

We are looking for a Data / Business Analyst to support business decisions through data analysis, reporting, market research, and business insights.

The role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with 1–3 years of experience who have robust analytical thinking and an interest in working with business data.

Roles & Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze business and operational data.
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
Identify trends, patterns,



and insights from data.
Track key business and operational metrics.
Support teams with data-driven insights for decision-making.
Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
Analyze customer, sales, marketing, and operational data.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
Identify data inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy.
Create Excel/Google Sheets reports and dashboards.
Work with different teams to understand business requirements.
Convert business requirements into clear analysis and actionable insights.
Present findings and recommendations to management.
Support process improvement through data analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, MIS, or a related role.
