Role Description The Inside Sales Intern will support the sales team by prospecting new leads, qualifying inbound inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Daily tasks include researching potential customers, making introductory calls or emails, scheduling and following up on product demos, and providing support with proposal preparation.



The intern will collaborate closely with sales and marketing colleagues to execute outreach campaigns and gather feedback from prospects. This is an internship role, based on-site in Pune City, providing exposure to B2B SaaS sales processes and enterprise software solutions.
Qualifications
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct professional calls and emails and build rapport with prospective customers.
Basic understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and CRM usage, or a demonstrated interest in developing skills in inside sales.
Analytical and research abilities to identify target accounts, understand customer needs, and document findings clearly.
Comfort with technology, including cloud-based or SaaS solutions, MS Office tools, and online collaboration platforms.
Organized and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks efficiently.
