About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team in Pune (Pimpri-Chinchwad) for a 6-month, full-time internship.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with our Founder and Business Development team. You will work on real accounts, real prospects, outreach campaigns, client interactions, and live deals. This is not a shadowing or filing role. Strong performers may be considered for a full-time opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Research and build prospect lists using LinkedIn, directories, and web research
Support outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
Make introductory calls, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings
Maintain CRM records, leads, and deal stages
Assist with proposals, quotations, pitch decks, and product one-pagers




Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other marketing channels
Support email marketing campaigns
Participate in client calls and product demos
Conduct market and competitor research
Track outreach and campaign performance and prepare weekly reports
Who We’re Looking For
Final-year students or recent graduates from BBA, MBA, B.Com, BE/B.Tech, or related disciplines
No prior work experience required
Strong spoken and written English and Hindi
Comfortable making calls and communicating with new people
Familiar with LinkedIn and MS Excel / Google Sheets
Willing to learn CRM tools
Organized, curious, self-motivated, and proactive
Available full-time for the complete 6-month internship
Based in Pune or able to travel to Pune
Duration & Stipend
Duration: 6 months | Full time
Months 0–1: Training & learning period, unpaid
Months 2–6: ₹10,000/month stipend
After completion: Performa
