WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR TECHNICAL FOOD FLAVOUR SPECIALIST – HERBS, SPICES & FLAVOURS

Location: Kolkata
Experience: 5–10+ Years
Function: R&D; / Product Development / Technical
We are looking for a hands-on Food Flavour Specialist with solid expertise in flavour formulation, herbs, spices, extracts, sensory evaluation and product development.

What You’ll Own:
Develop new flavours, herbal & spice blends and flavour systems
Lead formulation, lab trials, application trials & product optimisation
Build flavour profiles based on customer and market requirements
Establish formulations, specifications, SOPs & technical standards
Lead and mentor the existing technical/R&D; team
Work closely with Production, QC, Procurement & Senior Management
Drive innovation from concept to commercially viable products

Who We’re Looking For:
5–10+ years of relevant industry experience
Strong hands-on expertise in food flavours & formulation
Sound knowledge of herbs, spices,



extracts & flavour ingredients
Strong sensory evaluation and troubleshooting capabilities
Proven product-development and team-leadership experience

Candidates from Flavour Houses, Food Ingredients, FMCG/Food Manufacturing, Beverages, Herbs & Spices, Seasonings, Bakery/Confectionery Ingredients and Premix industries are encouraged to apply.
Tea industry experience is NOT mandatory.
