nThe Digital Workplace Presales Solution Architect is responsible for designing, positioning, and winning Digital Workplace / End User Services (EUC + EUS) deals by translating client business needs into scalable, cost-effective, and differentiating solutions.

n2) Key Responsibilities
nA. Opportunity & Requirement Management
n
- n
- Analyze RFI/RFP/RFQ requirements, client setting, and volumetrics (users, devices, SLAs, locations)n
- Identify opportunity fit, risks, and transformation leversn

nB. Solution Architecture (Core Responsibility)
n
- n
- Design end-to-end Digital Workplace solutions, including:n
- End User Computing (devices, OS, VDI, endpoint management)n
- Service Desk / Workplace Supportn
- Collaboration platforms (M365, Google Workspace)n
- Workplace security & identityn
- Translate requirements into scalable architectures aligned to business outcomesn
- Ensure: Deliverability, Cost optimization, Innovation (automation, GenAI, DEX, etc.)n

Proposal Development & Deal Shaping

- n
- Develop client-facing proposals including: Solution overview, Architecture diagrams, service descriptions, Value proposition & outcomesn
- Own solution strategy, pricing inputsn
- Define: Assumptions, Risks & mitigations, Transition approachn

nD. Client Engagement & Solution Defense
n
- n
- Conduct: Solution presentations, Q&A; / clarificationsn
- Explain technical solution in business termsn
- Participate in solution defense and contract discussionsn
- Coordinate to ensure PoCs, demos, and transformations where requiredn

nE. Sales & Stakeholder Collaboration
n
- n
- Work closely with: Sales / Account teams, Delivery & SMEs, Finance / Pricing teamsn
- Provide technical leadership in deal pursuitn

nF. Risk, Governance & Deal Closure
