nKey Responsibilities
nEnterprise Architecture & Strategic Leadership
n
- n
- Define, own, and govern the global Oracle Sales Cloud (CX) technical and application architecture blueprint.n
- Drive the multi-year CRM roadmap, evaluating platform additions, custom extensions, and cloud migration strategies.n
- Serve as the Primary Technical Advisor to C-level stakeholders (CIO, CRO, VP Sales Ops), translating commercial strategy into high-scalability IT capability models.n
- Establish architectural governance, technical standards, security policies, and best practices across development teams and implementation partners.n

nSolution Design & Core Ecosystem Integration

- n
- Architect end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Lead-to-Chance, and Territory-to-Quota workflows spanning Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC), and Oracle ERP Cloud.n
- Design robust integration patterns using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP web services,



and event-driven architectures to connect on-premise legacy systems and third-party SaaS applications.n
- Guide complex data architecture, master data management (MDM), data governance, and large-scale data migration strategies.n

nTechnical Governance & Advisory

- n
- Oversee complex Groovy scripting, Application Composer customizations, custom objects, and Page Composer extensions to ensure zero disruption during quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades.n
- Lead Design Review Boards (DRB) and review Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs) prepared by technical leads and partners.n
- Evaluate quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, assess business impact, and lead technical validation for new feature adoption.n

nTeam Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams consisting of functional consultants, developers, integration engineers, and third-party implementation vendors.n
