NRole Overview
nMoneyview is looking for a CA Industrial Trainee to join its Business Finance team. The role will provide exposure to financial analysis, business performance evaluation, cost optimisation and cross-functional finance initiatives. The candidate will work closely with various business teams and support data-driven decision-making, process improvement and automation initiatives.
NRoles and Responsibilities

Perform variance and trend analysis across key financial and business metrics. N
Analyze financial and operational data to identify performance trends, exceptions and areas requiring attention. N
Support cost optimization initiatives through detailed analysis and tracking of relevant cost drivers. N
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide relevant financial insights. N




Assist in preparing periodic business and financial analyses for internal stakeholders. N
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within existing finance workflows. N
Use Excel, Power BI andGenAI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of financial analysis and reporting. N
Support ad hoc businessfinance projects and analyses based on organizational requirements. N

nEligibility and Skills

Article ship experience with a Big Four firm is preferred. N
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities. N
Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. N
Familiarity with Power BI and GenAI tools. N
Ability to work with large datasets and communicate financial insights clearly. N
