- Resolve international customer queries over calls.
- Interact with customers to resolve billing issues.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Upsell or cross-sell telecom products.
Preferred Candidate
- 1+ year international BPO experience in voice process
- Graduation not mandatory
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Versatile working in rotational / night shifts
