- Supervise daily site construction work and manpower.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, quality standards, and safety rules.
- Plan materials, equipment, and work schedules to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project managers.
- Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and resolve execution issues.
Preferred candidate profile
- .E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering Degree with 510 years of site-execution experience.
- Proven experience in similar projects: residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure.
- Solid knowledge of drawings, RCC work, finishing, quantity estimation, and billing.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Excel; Primavera/MS Project is an advantage.
- Able to lead contractors and labour, manage materials, quality, safety, and deadlines.
