Role Description

The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Day-to-day activities include managing paid search, social ads, and display campaigns;
conducting A/B tests oncreatives, audiences,



and landing pages;
and monitoring performance metrics to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging, building and maintaining marketing dashboards, and preparing regular performance reports.

We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of rich hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly in managing campaigns, driving customer acquisition, and improving ROAS/conversions.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams to support brand awareness and growth initiatives.
