- Technical Skills: Around 20% of the role involves SQL/Python coding. Solid hands-on expertise is preferred. ML is good to have but not mandatory.
- Digital Product/App Experience: Candidates should have experience working on digital products/apps, with a good understanding of:
- User journey and customer experience
- New feature creation/enhancements
- Product/project delivery
- Role Focus: Primarily to manage stakeholders, lead the team, and ensure timely and effective project deliverables.
