About the Role The Senior Brand Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. You will lead brand strategy engagements from insight generation to final recommendations, including market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews. The role involves developing brand positioning, brand architecture, and messaging frameworks, while working closely with design teams to translate strategy into compelling visual and experiential expressions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating workshops, building strategic narratives and presentations, and partnering with business leaders to shape and implement brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead brand strategy engagements from insight generation to final recommendations
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews

Requirements

- 7-10 years of experience in strategy, planning, consulting or a related field

- Solid understanding of culture
- Strong research skills and the ability to uncover meaningful insights
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to build compelling narratives and business cases
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to independently lead strategic engagements from insight through execution
