Role Overview
We are looking for Senior Backend Engineers to build and scale robust backend systems that power Technosports digital platforms, internal systems, and high-growth omni-channel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs
- Build and maintain microservices for high-traffic applications
- Ensure performance, reliability, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams
- Lead technical design discussions and define best practices
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of backend development experience
- Solid proficiency in Go / Node.js / Python
- Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure,primary stack
- Hands-on experience with microservices and API design
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL)
- Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and automation
