About the Role

Woodoo India is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the company’s finance and business activities.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Manage purchase and sales invoices, bills, and payment entries.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate ledgers.
Track payments, outstanding amounts, and expenses.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting-related compliance.
Prepare basic financial reports and MIS.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding payments and invoices.
Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of accounting tasks.




Support the finance team with other accounting activities as required.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
