We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – Domestic Recruitment with strong exposure to managing large IT clients and driving recruitment delivery.
Candidates who have primarily worked with clients such as TCS or similar large System Integrators will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned domestic IT accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and understand hiring requirements in detail.
Handle high-volume and niche IT recruitment mandates.
Coordinate closely with recruiters and ensure timely submissions, interviews, and closures.
Monitor recruitment performance, SLAs, TAT, ageing requirements, and delivery metrics.
Build strong client relationships and ensure consistent service quality.
Conduct regular requirement reviews and follow-ups with clients.
Guide and support recruiters to achieve individual and account-level hiring targets.
Maintain accurate reports, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
Take complete ownership of account performance and delivery outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / Account Management.
Solid experience managing client requirements is highly preferred.
Experience working with large System Integrators / IT Services companies.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
Proven experience handling volume hiring and multiple open requirements.
Excellent client management, communication, and coordination skills.
Strong leadership and team-handling ability.
Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Candidates currently based in or willing to work from Bangalore.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
