Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, receivables tracking, vendor payments, expense accounting, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting invoicing activities, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring proper documentation of accounting transactions.

Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Receivables Management
Update bank entries in Tally on a regular basis.
Post TDS journal entries accurately in the accounting system.
Prepare and manage solar sales invoices and O&M; billing invoices.
Maintain and update the O&M; expense tracker.
Track customer receivables and follow up for outstanding collections.
Prepare and maintain sales MIS reports for management review.
Respond to internal requests for billing and financial data.

Payables & Expense Management
Enter purchase invoices and expense entries in Tally.




Record and monitor petty cash transactions.
Follow up on pending vendor invoices and ensure timely processing.
Reconcile vendor accounts periodically.
Verify the accuracy of vendor bills and supporting documents.

Documentation & Record Management
Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and vouchers.
Handle document scanning, digital filing, and record storage.
Ensure accounting records are organized and easily retrievable for audit and review purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
2–4 years of experience in accounting operations.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
Positive understanding of billing, payables, receivables, TDS entries, and reconciliations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Robust attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
