We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to drive learners admissions and deliver an exceptional parent experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing admission enquiries, counselling prospective parents, coordinating the admission process and contributing to enrolment targets while representing the school's values and brand.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle walk-in, telephonic, email, website, and social media admission enquiries in a skilled and timely manner.

· Counsel prospective parents and learners on the school's curriculum, teaching methodology, facilities, and admission process.

· Conduct campus tours and effectively showcase the school's academic programmes, infrastructure, and unique offerings.

· Manage the complete admission lifecycle, including enquiry registration, follow-ups, assessments, documentation, fee guidance, and enrolment.

· Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, conversions, and admissions using the School ERP/CRM system.





· Achieve admission targets through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building with prospective families.

· Coordinate admission assessments, interviews, and interactions with academic and administrative teams.

· Build solid relationships with parents by addressing queries and ensuring a seamless admission experience.

· Support admission campaigns, open houses, school events, community outreach programmes, and marketing initiatives.

· Prepare admission reports, conversion analysis, and enrolment forecasts for school leadership.

· Ensure compliance with school policies, admission guidelines, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Master's degree preferred.

· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, customer relationship management, sales, or front-office operations, preferably in the education sector.
