Position: Admission Counselor

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 1–5 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs and career opportunities.
Act as the first point of contact for admission-related inquiries.
Handle student interactions through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person counseling.
Guide applicants through the complete admission process.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Work towards achieving admission and counseling targets while delivering an excellent student experience.

We're Looking For:




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, student-centric, and result-oriented approach.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (a management/marketing background is an added advantage).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace.
