Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with excellent knowledge of Tally and inventory/stock management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records along with day-to-day stock and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally.
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
Manage purchase and sales entries, invoices, and related documentation.
Monitor stock movement, receipts, issues, and balances.
Reconcile physical stock with system records.
Maintain proper accounting and inventory documentation.




Support GST-related accounting and other routine financial activities.
Prepare reports related to accounts and inventory as required.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock, purchases, and accounts.

Requirements
35 years of relevant experience in accounting.
Excellent hands-on knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of stock and inventory management.- not mandatory for Mumbai location
Positive understanding of accounting processes and documentation.
Knowledge of GST and basic taxation will be preferred.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
