Experience: 5–10 years

We are seeking an experienced accounts & tax professional to independently manage accounting and taxation activities while improving processes through Tally, Excel, and AI tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage accounting operations in Tally Prime

Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and ITC reconciliation.

Prepare TDS and income-tax workings and coordinate with the CA.

Conduct bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

Manage project- and entity-wise accounting and reporting.

Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.

Coordinate with CAs, auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other professionals.

Review data for errors, discrepancies, and unusual transactions.

Maintain documentation, accounting controls, and accurate records.

Improve accounting and reporting processes.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Solid practical knowledge of Tally Prime

Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis, and MIS preparation

Practical knowledge of GST and TDS





Experience in accounting finalization and reconciliations

Positive understanding of taxation

Solid communication and coordination skills

AI REQUIREMENTS

Practical experience using ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar AI tools for:

Excel formulas, data analysis, and reconciliations

Error identification and MIS preparation

Accounting and financial analysis

Drafting professional emails and reports

Automating repetitive tasks

Improving accounting and administrative processes

Candidates with only theoretical AI knowledge need not apply.

PREFERRED

Experience in real estate, construction, or developer accounting is an advantage.

SELECTION PROCESS

Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical test covering Tally, Excel, GST, accounting, and AI, followed by an interview.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
