Responsibilities
Collect and analyse marketing data, customer data, and market trends to identify insights and patterns.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate marketing campaigns, customer behaviour, and business performance.
Use statistical techniques and analytical tools to interpret data and provide meaningful recommendations.
Create or improve data models using ML techniques such as Regression, Decision Trees, NLP, etc.
Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and performance to stakeholders.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation exercises based on data analysis.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop performance tracking frameworks.

Requirements




Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.
BE/B.Tech in IT/Computer Science or Graduation in Statistics/Mathematics with certifications in Data Science.
4+ years of industrial experience in analytics, preferably in BFSI Lending/Cards.
High proficiency in Excel and SQL/Python is a must.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, analyse, and interpret complex datasets.
Exposure to ML algorithms is a plus.
GenAI-based analytics and model development skillset is a must.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
Detail-oriented mindset with robust organisational and time management skills.
Successful track record of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment.
