Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter

Budget: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with robust experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting, taxation, statutory compliances, litigation handling, financial finalization, and RERA-related compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts &

- Finance

- Handle complete accounting operations.
- Manage year-end account finalization.
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit &
- Loss Account, Cash Flow Statements and MIS Reports.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal and tax audits.

GST Compliance &

- Litigation

- Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including return filing and reconciliation.
- Verify Input Tax Credit (ITC).
- Handle GST assessments, notices, departmental queries and litigation matters.

Income Tax &

- TDS





- Ensure timely deduction and filing of TDS returns.
- Prepare and review Income Tax workings and compliance documents.
- Handle Income Tax notices, scrutiny assessments and litigation matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable direct tax regulations.

RERA Compliance

- Coordinate filing of quarterly and annual RERA reports and certifications.
- Ensure project-wise financial and statutory compliance under RERA regulations.
