About the Role Adapt Eduspot is looking for an experienced, energetic, and communicative Student Counselor / Telecaller to join our team at our Ottapalam office.

Note: This is a direct office-based counseling and telecalling role. It is NOT a teaching or Work-From-Home position.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective students and parents to provide clear details about various educational programs.
- Counsel students effectively to guide them toward the right courses.
- Manage incoming calls and follow up on student leads.
- Maintain positive customer relations and drive course enrollments.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling,



Counseling, or Educational Marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex details clearly and persuasively.
- Local candidates or those willing to work full-time from the Ottapalam office.
