We are looking for an alert, responsible, and trustworthy Shop Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, stock, cash, and company property at the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control customer and staff entry/exit.
- Keep a close watch on the shop premises to prevent theft, loss, and unauthorized activities.
- Monitor customers and identify any suspicious behaviour.
- Check entry and exit points and ensure restricted areas are accessed only by authorized staff.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and immediately report suspicious activity.
- Protect company products, stock, equipment, and other assets.
- Monitor the movement of goods in and out of the shop.
- Assist in checking bags, parcels, or materials when required as per company policy.
- Maintain security and discipline within and around the shop.
- Keep the entrance and surrounding area secure and orderly.
- Report any theft, damage, suspicious activity, accident, or security issue immediately to the Store Manager/HR.
- Conduct regular checks of the shop during working hours.
- Ensure doors, shutters, and other entry points are properly secured during opening and closing.




- Assist employees and management during emergencies such as fire, theft, or other incidents.
- Maintain professional and respectful behaviour with customers and employees.
- Perform other security-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements
- Minimum 10th / Plus Two preferred.
- Previous experience in shop/showroom security is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods.
- Good observation and alertness.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
