Security Guard –

Position: Security Guard

Department: Security / Administration

Location: Manufacturing Plant

Experience: 1–5 Years

Qualification: 10th/12th Pass preferred

Reporting To: Security Supervisor / HR & Admin

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
- Maintain proper gate entry/exit records and visitor registers.
- Check employee ID cards and visitor authorization.
- Conduct security checks of incoming and outgoing materials/vehicles.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.
- Ensure proper security of plant premises, machinery, materials, and company assets.
- Conduct regular rounds/patrolling of the plant and surrounding areas.
- Prevent unauthorized entry and immediately report security incidents.
- Manage emergency situations such as fire, theft, accidents, or unauthorized access.




- Coordinate with HR/Admin and management regarding security-related issues.
- Ensure discipline and compliance with company security rules.
- Prepare daily security reports and handover notes.

Required Skills
- Valuable observation and alertness.
- Physically fit and disciplined.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to maintain registers and records.
- Basic knowledge of fire and emergency procedures.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/industrial plant will be preferred.

Shift 8/12-hour rotational shifts, as per company requirement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
