Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. In this position, the manager will plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions across client websites. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, optimizing on-page content and site structure, and managing link-building initiatives.

The role also involves monitoring performance using web analytics tools, preparing reports and insights, and collaborating with content, design, and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with broader campaign objectives. The manager will stay current with search engine algorithms, industry trends,



and best practices to continuously refine strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in SEO Audits and Keyword Research to identify opportunities and guide optimization strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Link Building to develop high-quality, ethical backlink profiles that support long-term search performance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track key metrics, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing to align SEO initiatives with broader brand and campaign objectives.
- Proficiency with common SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, accessible way.
- Demonstrated experience managing SEO for multiple clients or brands, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
