WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
5+ Years of experience in Life Insurance
Strong exposure to Insurance Sales / Agency Channel
Proven experience in team handling and business development
Solid understanding of premium, productivity and sales targets
Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills
Graduation is mandatory
Strong market knowledge with an achievement-oriented mindset
