Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of business processes.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
Solid analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
Experience in managing and supporting financial modules within enterprise resource planning systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
Capability to adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements in a dynamic workplace.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
