Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall functionality.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster qualified growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
Solid analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate solutions clearly.
Familiarity with business process workflows related to compensation management.
Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
