Role & responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 support for business-critical ERP, POS, Retail, CRM, and other applications.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot functional, technical, and user issues.
Handle billing, inventory, pricing, master-data, transaction, and synchronization issues.
Perform SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and reporting.
Monitor and troubleshoot API, REST, JSON, XML, and application integration issues.
Manage incidents, service requests, RCA, and SLA compliance through ITSM tools.
Support UAT, application upgrades, patches, releases, and production deployments.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and application enhancements.
Maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, application documentation, and support reports.
Provide application guidance and support to business, finance, sales, warehouse, supply chain, and store teams.
