Initiating plans for machine improvement, updates in systems and technology to increase overall efficiency of dept.




Monitoring, Sourcing &
Management of Spare Parts as per current and future requirement in accordance with given budget regulations Facilitating the overall development of team members through effective & need based training & proper work allocation
Define the KPI And Monitoring Target
Lead & make The Plan for TPM Pillars
Provide Relevant Training And Guidance
Review The Progress As Per The Plan Weekly
