World Legal Regulatory Council (WLRC) is looking for confident, ambitious and communication-driven professionals to join our client acquisition team.
This role involves connecting with real estate prospects, companies, business owners and potential clients, understanding their requirements, generating business prospects and maintaining strong client relationships.
YOUR ROLE
You will be responsible for:
Making outbound calls to prospective real estate and corporate clients
Introducing WLRC's services and understanding client requirements
Generating qualified leads and converting conversations into business opportunities
Following up consistently with prospective clients
Scheduling client meetings and appointments
Building and maintaining professional client relationships
Coordinating with the internal team for lead conversion and client onboarding
Maintaining accurate call records,
lead status and follow-up data
Achieving assigned calling, lead-generation and conversion targets
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Graduates preferred - BA / B.Com / BBA / BMS / Any Graduate
12th-pass candidates with excellent communication and sales ability may also be considered.
You should have:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
Confidence while speaking with business owners and professionals
A persuasive and qualified communication style
Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling
Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented and result-driven attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing role
Experience in telecalling, real estate, sales, B2B sales or business development is an advantage - but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
